A collaborative dining experience presented by food design studio Nottofu and the LASALLE'S School of Spatial & Product Design, materials including wood, metal, cement and plastic are assembled in a mimicry of fine tapas that redefine perceptions of sustainability and waste through sustenance and nourishment, followed by a delightful dégustation menu designed by Nottofu and partners.
